Suzanne Lockert-Mash For Circuit Judge
There are three Circuit Court Judges in the Twenty-Third Judicial District, Division 1, Division 2 and Division 3. The Twenty-Third Judicial District is comprised of the counties of Cheatham, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys and Stewart. Suzanne has qualified for the office of Circuit Court Judge, Division 3. All of the Judges travel to the different counties to preside over Circuit and Chancery Court. They preside over both civil and criminal matters and conduct both jury trials and bench trials. Suzanne has dedicated most of her adult life in public service to the citizens of the Twenty-Third Judicial District in her position as Assistant District Attorney, Child Abuse Investigator and Probation Officer. Suzanne has extensive experience and understanding of trial procedure as she has tried well over 100 jury trials including but not limited to death penalty case, vehicular homicides, methamphetamine manufacture, DUI and many others. She has also presided over numerous Grand Jury cases in all five counties of the Twenty-Third Judicial District. Suzanne has proven trial experience necessary to protect the rights of all citizens who come before the court.
